In the professional remodeling field, Changing Spaces Design & Build is known as a Design-Build general contractor. We provide one-stop-shopping to our clients: from concept to design, from construction to final touch-up.

We work with clients to develop their remodeling wish list and priorities as well as their budget and timing. Then, within the context of the existing structure, we seek "the best bang for the buck". We suggest design approaches that will best meet the clients' priorities and budget. If a client desires it, we may even develop a design that can be implemented over time, as resources permit

To help clients visualize the proposed design we use the latest in computer imaging technology, (known as CAD or Computer Aided Design). We often rework a preliminary design on the computer in the clients' presence in the comfort of their own home to achieve their vision.
 

Though a powerful tool, the computer cannot take the place of human experience. Once we have the basic design, we help the clients select materials and fixtures to fit their needs, tastes and budget.

At the end of the design phase the clients have a clear vision of the proposed remodeling project. Just as important, however, they do not simply have an "estimate" of its cost, they have a promise with our PRICE GUARANTEE. For some clients this is the most significant feature of the design-build experience. The process yields a design with a known cost.
